Start getting "friendlier" *wink wink* with the one you like, and start spending a little less time with the one you don't. Assuming they're both girls, they should catch on pretty fast.

Get to a point when you're at least close enough to the one you like that you can talk about relationships. This will give you a much better idea as to what he/she may be looking for.
