Uninstall with unzoone and reinstall with the full package.
You can't sue them because you don't like the software.

Sometimes just adding a few new mp3's takes half an hour, because the software refuses to add them, or it deletes other tracks while syncing, or various other problems too many to mention.
I have an 8GB RCA Opal, much cheaper than the Zune 30. But I can add tracks to the Opal in one minute, with a few more minutes for it to rebuild the database.
Why can't Zune users have that simplicity? Micro is just killing its opportunity to gain market share with this un-professional software.
