ok people. got your salt ready?

so i was talking to the Zune tech support guys(and gals...mostly gals) about how all my videos were being renamed and how i can counteract that...ever happen to you btw? of course it has!! so buddy-boy on the other end of the line says " while we dont have a workaround for that besides the retarded library reset tool, we ARE aware of the problem" Thats nice to hear because i called back three times b4 someone admitted it. He even went so far to say: "I'm Not even supposed to tell you this but we are having training right now on the new software."

So, obviously this dude doesnt give a sPit about his job cuz at this point either hes lying to me, or hes telling me something hes not supposed to!
he continues:
" they've given us all beta versions of the new software...version 2.5!!!"
(YAY!!!)
and its gonna be out "very very soon" (not fuNking soon enough!)
he also said "It will allow you to control the meta-data"

ok anything else?

(got yer salt ready?)

you will soon be able to sync with windows media player....
don't believe me?

i called back again...same story, different dude!

call them up...someone is bound to fess up sooner or later
