I don't mean to sound totally unhappy, because I do like the Zune 30 hardware, for what I paid. Also I know that the moderators here are MS employees so I don't mean any personal offense. But why does the software sometimes automatically add or delete songs when I have it set to manual sync and guest???? This has happened twice now, I have no idea why. And when I ripped some mp3's on my XP system, then transferred them to my laptop running Zune on Vista Home Premium, the software would not add them or acknowledge them at all!! I had to re-rip the cd on the laptop before I could add them.
I would just like to see some reasons why MS could not let us use Windows explorer like some cheaper players do? Wouldn't that seem obvious? Don't they realize the difficulty of the Zune software is costing them customers. If Zune doesn't build enough market share, the wifi will be useless because users won't meet each other. And that would likely doom the Zune as a player in the market.
