If you can't find the pll on the mobo, just test each pll options. You'll know it's the correct one if it has the correct fsb, clockspeed, pciexpress speed, pci speed.. etc Also a correct pll option shouldn't make the computer freeze.

Also newer dell and some hp computer can't be overclocked using clockgen. They have locked pll chip. The only way to overclock those comptuers are to do a BSEL mod.
