ok, where do you live to begin w/.
The highest that I've seen is a .15. And that's a sloppy drunk. And that's in VA. I mean if you're that drunk, then you may be legal at .14. And it doesn't say that you're drunk off of your ass. I mean it's still a little less than falling over. But I mean we're not saying that whole, she said it was rape thing. I believe that this is on whether or not it should be considered rape. And a guy could also do the exact same thing. And if that woman is the one who just is continues to set there and drink... Then she's got a problem. And thus she needs some major help.
