Yet in this instance he was more of dealing it out to people...no guarantee on if he wasn't spiking it. Grey area issue but I agree that the life sentence or comparable sentence to a murderer, rapist, etcetera is a little harsh unless he is charged with other stuff that warrants that sentence.
