Probably because for now it's waived..eventually it will cost something. Something's price can't be waived if it isn't going to cost something or is going to cost something later on. In other words if it's waived now it means it will cost money later on. To be honest I think the puke green on the zune 4/8 would look fugly on the
z80. But looks fine on the flash zunes.
