Obama never said he would pull us out of Iraq but he would still have better leader ship than those of the Bush Administration. As you said they would ramp up the special forces which is completely true, most European powers now don't have a powerful backbone of a military like we do but more special forces that do the job more clean. Don't be mad about tax raising, taxes are an illusion. Your money goes in the same quantities no matter how you put it. Taxes are the illusion in which people in high places use to gain support by lowering them. In lowering taxes you decrease the amounts of government funds available to colleges, schools and hospitals; making you pay more for your medical bills and education. By raising taxes you give more money to the education and health care system so that you don't have to pay as much for medical bills. You lose money either way, pretty much the same amount whether you lower or raise taxes
