ok, so yesterday, I bought a 30gig Zune player. I took it out of the box and let it charge for over 3 hours. I installed the cd software and connected my Zune... all I have is a big white battery image on my Zune's screen and it wont reset, turn on or do much of anything at all.. the battery symbol is always there. what can I do to fix this?? PLEASE HELP! thanks!
