I'm probably gonna sell my Creative Zen Vision M (filled it up) and upgrade to a Zune 80 in a month or so. My question is, is the software as bad as people say it is? I keep hearing it's a complete pile of crap, and it jumbles up album art and tags, erases songs, only transfers some songs to the Zune, freezes constantly, and syncs to your Zune for no reason. I've even heard of people praising the device, but end up returning it because of the software. I want a Zune really bad, but if the software is as bad as people say it is, I might have to go for an iPod classic...
