I didn't know that Target charged a restocking fee.... one more reason not to buy electronics from them. I also don't know that they will exchange it, they will prob tell you to call the manufacturer and deal w/ them. They are stingy w/ their returns and since I'm great at losing the receipt I generally don't buy things from there if I can get them at Walmart. I was able to take the Zune 30 I got back to Walmart and upgrade to an 80 w/o a receipt and no problems, but my box also wasn't opened. GL
