Default Zune Reserved Space problem!

I know that many people encounter the big "reserved spaced" problem. I've been dealing with it for a while know. Resetting firmware and re uploading my stuff. This time It's Different. After I reformat the zune with the center + left button and back button, I connect it to the PC and firmware is installed. The zune still has reserved space on my zune, it's to the point where it's 0 gb free. Deleting Entire Content/resetting firmware won't work.

My Info
Zune 30
2.3 Firmware
Windows XP Professional w/ SP2

Problem: 0 gb reserved space right after deleting firmware and content
Tried: Multiple Times to reformat zune with Center, Left, Back buttons. Multiples timesto delete entire content with center right back buttons.

Searched Zuneboard for problems? Barely, I know most common issue for people
No Error messages recieved

Misc: Reformatting is a breeze, when the software installs the firmware, the zune restarts and installs it. After it's finish it restarts again, it's supposed to connect to the computer but if i listen with my ears pressed agaist the zune, i could hear the hard drive scanning like its looking for the files. I'm guessing since there almost 30 gb of reserved space the hard drive is searching the complete hard drive. When the hard drive is quiet it finally "connects" to the computer and ask for the name of the zune and stuff. At first i thought it was the wire or computer at fault for the zune software not being able to detect my zune, it actually that the zune is busy scanning the hard drive and when it's finished it will connect to the zune software.

Just extra info that can help you and me. It really sucks, my first mp3 and I take so much value into it. I'd really hate if there was no solutions theres no warranty on it anymore.
