Zune software won't load
I click on the Zune icon, but nothing even happens. Except all my other windows go hidden, and I can't get them back. This new software is so bad, I'm just about ready to kill myself. Plus, I can't even downgrade the firmware because for some reason I'm not the computer administrator all of a sudden.
