I have the 80G Zune and it will not turn on. I've tried it plugged into my work PC (which does not have the software installed, but I've done it many time before without incident to charge it) and I've also tried it not plugged in (it should be fully charged).

I have verified that the unit is not locked. It actually started up once and the software was locked up, so I turned it off and tried turning it back on and no luck. The screen just stays black, it doesn't even show it is charging when plugged into the PC.

Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance!
