After discussing this between Dizzy and myself we have come up with a new style of requesting for help on the Zune Support Forums. From here on out members will be required
* to use this Help Template. Using this Template will greatly enhance the help that we as Support Staff can give. Also it may very well streamline the help for you, thus making it faster for you to get all issues fixed.
When doing this Support Template its important to note that the more descriptive you are with it, the easier and faster it is to actually get the assistance you need. When filling out the sections for it be sure to describe everything in as much detail as possible as well as providing Images and all error codes you receive (If possible).
