Are you sure your not accidentally pressing down the reboot key combo? lol jk. So wait does it keep rebooting as if there really was a ghost who just kept holding down the reboot key combo or something?
I think I recall that when I first got my Zune and there was a major firmware update (the first one to the third one I think) and it made my Zune reboot a couple of times. Maybe just try it again and see if it works the next time
