download it, save the file in to your Zune folder (C:\Program Files\Zune) and run it in there. I had the same problem, but that made it work.
The only problem now is that I can't play anything in the Zune software.
"Can't Play
Zune software either does not support the file type or does not support the codec that was used to create the file.
Error Code:
C00d1199"
Any ideas?
